These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the True Scout DNA platform and services. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1) Accounts & eligibility

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure.
• If an athlete is a minor, a parent/guardian or authorized organization must consent to participation.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

2) Memberships & billing

• Paid features are billed via Stripe; prices, terms, and available plans may change.
• Subscriptions renew per the plan interval unless canceled per instructions in your account or via our billing portal.
• Taxes and fees may apply. Refunds are handled per our posted policies and applicable law.

3) User content & NIL

• You own the content you submit and grant us a non‑exclusive license to display it for platform operation and promotion.
• You represent you have rights to submit the content, including images, videos, and performance data.
• You agree not to upload illegal, infringing, hateful, or fraudulent content, or to harass others.

4) Event submissions

• Directors/coaches may submit events for admin approval before public listing.
• We reserve the right to approve, reject, edit, or remove event content for accuracy, quality, or policy compliance.
• Approved events display publicly until the date passes or removal is requested/required.

5) Rankings, metrics & AI outputs

• Rankings, NIL estimates, and AI‑assisted scores are informational and not guarantees of outcomes.
• We may adjust methodologies and inputs over time to improve quality and fairness.

6) Acceptable use

• No scraping, unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or use for unlawful purposes.
• No sharing of private login credentials or attempting to impersonate other users.
• We may throttle, block, or audit usage for security and service integrity.

7) Intellectual property

• All site materials (excluding user content) are owned by True Scout DNA or its licensors.
• You may not copy, sell, or exploit site materials without permission.

8) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

• The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9) Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the platform.

10) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We’ll revise the “Effective date” above and post the changes here.
